The only date I can do is weekend of 27th/28th June (so chalets would be from Friday 26th to Monday 29th)

I don't know availability of chalets or costs at the moment but will find out. Ideally I'd like to know numbers (as usual) so I know how many chalets to book..

I've been in touch with Paul Smith, he of the Storm Cafe Racer, he might pop along at some stage but depends on his Guard Duty roster...

Also been in touch with Alex Martinz who is also a mayby.

Havent spoken to Vanstub yet, but he's out of work again & only has the shed of a blade fighter to ride not sure that would make it with out falling apart TBH...

Rab the wee leprechaun is very unlikly to make an apperance due to having his house ripped apart this year... Maybe the Garda are digging the patio up, he was a bit coy with the reason...

Phoned for prices and availability, similar prices to last year, it'll be between £60 and £70 each depending on numbers.

I have provisionally booked 4 chalets, this is only held for 7 days and then I need to confirm and either place a deposit or pay in full
3 people per chalet and 4 people in one of the chalets as there's one couple coming along. so we need 10 confirmed for 3 chalets and 13 to book the 4th.

At the moment we could only book 2 with confirmed numbers so lets see who else would like to come along.

Costs.


So far 6 confirmed, if Al comes back with a yes then I can book 2 chalets at a cost of £60 each
Any more which will be good and will need to book a 3rd chalet, for this to be cost effective we need at least 9 people and the would cost £70 each,
If we then got a 10th person the cost would go down to £63 each. Hoping we can get the 3rd one..

Max cost will be £70 each, any more is too much imo. so if we can't get the numbers by Monday evening then I will book with what we have. If it falls in the middle and we get 8 then it will have to be 2 chalets and one will have the sofa or share a double


Trying to keep it simple and straight forward so it's all sorted easily.. then just enjoy the weekend
