Tupperware? Washed take away chinese boxes!
I'm a hoarder on the quiet and cant stand throwing away stuff so end up with boxes of good stuff and junk together.
Still, one man's trash ect.

Re: Free parts
I am afraid I am in your club. My problem is I know I have the very bit I want, but can't find it. That bit usually turns up about six months too late!!!
Re: Free parts
And another one. I have all sorts of parts in my loft, some of which (for various bikes) I'm sure I'll never use. I have taken to heart an old proverb: It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
Re: Free parts
Good example of this- when my Dad died in 2012 I kept loads of his tools and collection of “it could come in useful” stuff. Last month my Granddaughter lost the key to her music box. Lo and behold there’s an old chub key in the box of wonders. Cut it down, drilled it and cut an internal thread and it looks like it was made for it! So Dad probably had it for 50 years and I’ve been “keeper of the box” for 8 years.
The remembering where it all is but does cause issues though! Now where did I stash that GT750M!

GT75OM if only. A big regret of mine is I had the chance to buy a reasonable one for £350.00 and didn'tKev L wrote: ↑Mon Jul 20, 2020 11:15 am Good example of this- when my Dad died in 2012 I kept loads of his tools and collection of “it could come in useful” stuff.
