2001 stock bike. This is the third Firestorm I've owned. I've already sourced a replacement for the missing belly cowl.

The new bike joins my '92 900 Superlight (Seen in both sets of clothes), W650 which is now for sale, and my son's Varadero 125 learner bike.

And a rather special '98 MR2 fitted with 3.0V6 Quad Cam 24V motor.

My heart flutters when I hear of or see an MR2.

Nice JDM wheels on the car and both are classic Japanese icons.

Oh nice bike too.

I can see you're a car guy and do hope you're flogging the mid engine beauty around from time to time.
I'm a car guy as well with a suppressed bike guy now coming out with my Hawk/ Storm I purchased a few months back.

Just like my cars I can't keep them stock so the bike fell into the rabbit hole of aftermarket bits and my wallet followed along.

Nice ensemble you have there and similar and enjoy the new to you bike.

Superior to the original 4 cylinder twin cam 2.0.

Toyota doesn't make a V6 that I know of so what did you shoe horn in?

Toyota make several V6’s. Lexus is Toyota’s luxury brand. The engine in my car came from a Lexus RX300 SUV hooked up to the MR2 5 speed gearbox retro fitted with a higher 5th gear. Original suspension has been replaced with fully adjustable BC BR coil overs.

Yeah I'm not an suv fan so those aren't on the radar including their v6 engines.
Very nice build and glad to see another SW20 being taken care of.
