Re: Best cans
I would say Scorpion can's too, but not the carbon ones as apparently they don't cope with the big Vee twin exhaust pulses to well,

Re: Best cans
Anything good to say about the DanMoto cans?
They're on my list but haven't committed yet.

The round ones are the loudest while the ovals are a touch quieter.
Other than that it's the old "you get what you pay for"

Re: Best cans
No. Cheap shite, very thin not really carbon, carbon. Very loud apparently with a silly design of baffel that fits in the lick pipe end of the can.

Re: Best cans
Most replacement cans are a lot lighter than the standard ones.
That's half of where the performance gain is.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: Best cans
True but when you've spent $3500 in parts already it makes it difficult to spend another $500 to $800 for a set of cans.

All in time I guess.

Re: Best cans
I have GRmoto cans, look amazing, sound even better and have a removable muffler for those super loud days! Can get them brand new on eBay for a very decent price. Easy to fit as well. Well worth a look! (Also almost 10kg lighter then the originals!)
Here’s the before and after sounds (a small speaker won’t do it justice)

I bookmarked these for looking at them again in late spring as I want to see what the bafflectomy sounds like on the stock cans.
I'm all for weight savings so these will be considered.
Thanks for the video and reply.

Hello everyone. I have some Mivv tubes, which they say are carbon. The sound without db Killer is unique. Brutal

Drill a few small holes around the outlet pipe mounting plate will give you a bit more noise without going too loud at no cost (unless loud is what you are after)
