riser clipons, what height needed? - what's recommended?

Now I have the KTM adventure beast for everyday use, I am thinking that perhaps the Firestorm can go more towards sporty riding / trackdays. so contemplating taking the flat bars off and putting clipons back on.

with teh RSV4 forks and yokes, I will need to get clipons that go under the top yoke, so will need a riser section so they fit inside the fairing.

2 questions:
1) for those who have different forks that need the clipon fitted under the yoke, what rize did you need? and do you have a flat top yoke or a gulwing?

2) what options are there for riser clip ons, and what is the best?

On the Ex Jones Storm with the EX Mons front end on it...I have Woodcraft ones fitted...Without looking I don't know if they are up or under the yoke...

I will give them a measure for you when I pull my measuring stick out, which will only be when I pull my finger out from somewhere else.

From memory the Woodcrafts were 2" or 2 1/2" rise.
Well made piece of kit, recommended.
They bolt onto the fork below the top yoke, and I set them slightly above the top yoke, but they're adjustable, maybe Jonesy or Mac moved them to fit their ergonomic preferences.

One of the reasons I fitted them was that I used a Blade gull-wing top yoke, and the rise helped to put the clipon back in roughly the right place.
Blade USD forks are shorter than firestorm ones, and although I like weight on the front end it leaves your hands quite low for road use.
Probably fine for track, though.

thans tony, so if you had a gullwing yoke, that could be taken off my calculation for what I need to use. can you remember how much offset the top yoke had?

Thanks Mac, yep they’re the bars. They’ve gone up in price since I got mine. But that was in 2011 (bloody hell where does the time go!!!)

CJ Storm has Woodcraft bars with a gull wing yoke. Top of Yoke to tip of bar is 2".

These are USD forks BTW.

The width on these bar end to bar end is 29"

Red 633 has TBR bars but on 916 forks n yokes...

There is a rise of about an inch with these...

The width on these bar end to bar end is 26" but they are set funny the angles are all wrong & need adjusting for me.
