Not sure of the brand and the spring rate isn't visible, but they were fitted to my forks by Roger as part of the street tune he does. Could be Racetech and I have his invoice if needed.
Should be OK for a rider 10st to 12st according to the Racetech site. Certainly worked great for me. £40 posted.
