My race bodywork has just shipped and should be here in a week or 2.
I've decided to paint it myself
I'm going to paint in RC30 white/light blue/blue and red. I've never painted using a spray gun and 2k paint before (i'm using a LVMP gun) so have no idea of how much paint I might need?
I understand that I'll need to mix thinners/hardener as per manufacture instructions, but can anyone point me in the direction of how much basecoat paint I'll actually need?
I'll obviously need 4 colours (all solid).... I'm thinking 250ml of each blue and red, 1L of white plus thinners and hardeners?
Then 1 L of clear coat?
Any tips is much appreciated.
