Rattle in dash

While fitting a voltmeter cum usb charger, I took the clocks off, and noticed a rattle, upon disassembly I found a 200uf capacitor rolling around.
Everything works fine.
Thoughts?

I think if you reconnect the flux capacitor and exceed 88 mph, you may travel through time. Or so I've heard.
