I'm up for this. It's a great target for having my bike ready. If the NMM idea doesn't take off Darley Moor was a good shout on the other thread. An alternative could be Malory Park as part of a CRMC event. If folks want to get out on track they might well let us in on the parade laps over lunch. I'm not 100% sure ACU licenses aren't needed though, even though it's just parading.

I missed the very first sentence in the thread.
Not to mention the Post heading & the words 'Re. 25th Anniversary Meet up. 9th July National Motorcycle museum' at the top of each post...

as we are a month away now, its time to start working out logistic and BBQ provisions for the Saturday night.
can you confirm how many people want to stop over on the Saturday night (9th July)?
my plan will be to put up as many tents as needed, hire a portaloo, set up fire pit and barbie plus a good few beers. all you need to bring is your sleeping bag and a blow up mattress (I do have a few but not enough!)
I should have 2 big 4 man tents (should be able to get 5 in each if I don't put up the inner tent dividers), a 2 man tent and perhaps a 3 man tent if it doesn't end up being taken to Glasto and trashed.
Good evening all, I'd very much like to have a tootle down to Brum and say hello. Be good to put faces to names. Alastair, if there's room in the camp commune I quite fancy a few jars and a barbie. Very generous cheers - Mick

Rooms booked for Tony, Mac and yellabell
Gabi, are you still coming?
Anybody else on here? Mac, was there much interest from your Facebook mates?
Only mates on face book I have are those I know from here !
I know Jonesy is planning on coming not sure he'll stay over...works on a Sunday...
I wouldnt advertise the stay over on FB anyway unless you want a huge crowd turning up !
Do you know if Steve 97 is coming ?
Is Pete L coming ?
that was my worry about FB, not sure I want to meet some of them! I know Phil Threadgold came to your workshop day, he seamed a decent bloke, so he would be alright
