rocker covers i cannot get the 4 bolts at right angles due to my poor dexsterityu does anyone hav a good way of placing them

Cant think of any short cuts with these, it's just a case of placing them in the holes so they meet the mating holes correctly. You must have the sealing washers the correct way up. It is marked on them. Try putting the washers in place, then guiding the the bolts in.
Do not overtighten them. They snap really easily...IIRC the tourque value is something like 10NM. Good luck.
