You will probably have see the reported incident where a driver saw a stabbing, resulting in the death of the victim, and drove his car at the perpetrator, unfortunately killing him.
The police are therefore bound to charge him.
It is a very sad outcome and my personal view is that he should not be prosecuted for his act.
