Hi all,
Does anyone know the correct way to de-pin the electrical plugs, or know what brand plugs they are?
The previous owner converted to renthal bars and concealed the wires inside the bars and top yoke.
I'm converting back to clip ons and I believe this is the only/best solution on free the wires.
Cheers

Re: De-pin electrical plugs?
You just push in a tiny jewellers screwdriver in the back of each pin to release them.
You can buy a cheap kit to repair spectacles/glasses.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

A good sturdy safety pin will do it, push it down the side of the terminal to depress the locking tab, then withdraw it from the rear of the plug.
Failing that, there's an abundance of "terminal removal" or "terminal ejector" tools on Amazon or eBay for not a lot of money.

Thanks very much.
I just wanted to check as when I've recently done the same on my VAG car, the procedure and tool are both quite precise.
