Time has come to move on the Storm I've had for the last 8 years.
Getting too old for the clip ons led me to change to Renthals a couple of years back and really loving a mate's Aprilia Tuono persuaded me to lose the plastic.

Replaced rear wheel and head bearings whilst in the process - both All Balls.

VFR800 master cylinders
Side fairings removed
Pillion pegs removed
Centre fairing cut down
Headlight mounting modified
Back raised 25mm
Front lowered 5mm
Twin long bellmouths/velocity stacks
Throttle Position Sensor set to 500Ω
Scorpion cans and high level links pipes with DB killers.
Eastern Beaver headlight relay
Powder coated rear subframe.
Comes with pillion pegs, original bellmouths, 2 pairs original exhaust (one std, one partial bafflectomy), Abba stand adaptors and assorted other spares. Think it has fresh oil and filter but if not I'll sort that. Has an after market ignition switch which is playing up right now but that will be replaced before any sale completes.
Shade over 30k miles and has had fresh oil and filter every year. Running Michelin PR3s and to be fair I think the rear is getting near end of life. C&S are fairly recent, as are brake pads.
Cleans up pretty well but there is some rust on the oil line chrome and some on the upper end of the fork stanchions, not in the working area mind.
I'm after £1,500. Not interested in silly offers as I'd rather keep it than give it away. Test rides welcome with appropriate insurance and full asking price in my hand as deposit.
