OP storm Scotland 4th, 5th & 6th Aug 23

I plan to book rooms at the inn on the loch for August next year,

will be one of the following weekends, so please advise if you are interested and if any of these don't work for you.

Aug 4th - 6th (Scotland only bank holiday weekend (Monday 7th))

Aug 11th till 13th

based on the replies on WhatsApp I am going with the weekend of 4th, 5th & 6th.

I will reserve 7 rooms for Friday 4th and Saturday 5th, making sure as many of them are twin rooms as possible.

our base location

I don't yet have the room prices for 2023, but based on last year expect £99/night per room (loch view) or £85/night (non loch view). that is for single occupancy, if you share a twin room then the price is half.

plan will be to have a BBQ on the Friday night (I will source burgers and beer for the night, usually comes to approx £10/head) , main ride on Saturday doing 250 to 300 miles of the best roads you will ever find. a team meal in the hotel on saturday night and I plan to do a smaller ride on the Sunday for those who want to stay on a bit longer.

I have reserved 5 x twin rooms and the apartment which has 2 x twin rooms in a shared Apartment.

As usual I will be in the van so Maximum 14 beds for the rest of you to fight over.

If you want to come can you put your name down and if you are ok sharing or if you want a room to yourself.

Will need a £25 deposit

Ashley B has had to drop out, so I have a twin room now available for 1 or 2 people.

Latest on the Scotland trip:

As per this table, I have deposits off everybody and I will need final payment this week.

I have cancelled Ashleys room as there was no takers, so I will be sending him his deposit back once I get confirmation from Hellen that there is no charges.

All though normally the apartment is self catering, they will include breakfast in the price.

Anybody wanting to stop over Sunday night (Kermit, Edward & I will be) please shout now and I will see if they can add a day to your room.
