Took The Murvinator for it's MOT...

Passed no issues... Apart from it hissing down on the way there, all the time I was there & of course on the way home...!

Tucked it up in the cave, It might be dry tomorrow so I'll give it a wash...

Could be worse the road could have been all salty but it's been too mild for that shite to have been spreading...

Stuck a new battery in the Pegaso, ten mins tops then 2 hours to get the clock reset ..

Just remove the battery then install it at the time set by the clock...

lol it near came to that then the toggle switch decided to work

Thought I’d treat myself to some better carb balancers .
Didn’t take long to get all 4 a lot closer , great but of kit

Thanks wished I picked up a set of these years ago as they make it a lot easier

I use these, too. The only additional advice is to check after they're set by opening the throttle and letting it snap shut a few times as they can settle after setting.

Thanks Tony , I did just that after every adjustment

Fitted a usb port for satnav ,I wired it into the old power feeds from the Reg/rec .
Started to make mk2 reg/Rec loom as the new maxi fuse holders came . Just waiting on reg plugs to come , I don’t think it’ll be needed tho but it’ll be good to keep as a spare in the boot if the one fitted melts .

Put it all back together with a rear rack and different tank as the other one had rusted . 50 mile shake down run and all is well except a body work rattle at 4K !!!
Few jobs to do and it’ll be ready for Devon
