So I replaced the starter relay tonight as it was blowing the 30A fuse. Still blowing it so no idea what's causing it now, although small fusebox looks to be a bit corroded too.
End result, don't want to spend anymore time or money on it so looking to sell as for spares or repair. Don't want to break it and sell individual bits as it's to much hassle. There are hundreds of pounds of new bits on this bike which I can supply a full list of. It amounts to £2.5k in total. So if anyone is interested in buying it as a whole, let me know and I can give you more details.

Had same issue. Try changing the reg rec. Sorted my issue out.
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...
