long covid
i posted this on another forum so short version here. diagnosed with long covid recently after constant breathlessness. done all the tests, nothing untoward. anyways, a friend told me to try nicotine patches and i'm thinking nah. wife convinced me to at least try but i'm a sceptic. however, woke up on day 4 and i'm breathing properly again, dont understand how but it worked! if you have long covid, give it a shot. 7mg only though. btw, if you drop dead, dont blame me....
