No 3... A Jacket & trews combo... Label says Gear. UK made not a brand I've heard of before. Jacket is a very generous XL as are the trews. Padding only no armour. fixed liner. I'd call it shower proof only Trews don't have a fly only a strap that has 2 press studs to choose from. They will need a pair of braces ! Again only padding. no armour. £25
