Some questions for the wise among us:
Oil filters. Wemoto have 4 different options, hiflo, hiflo chrome (which I assume is just cosmetic?), hiflo racing and OEM. Any advice as to which is best?
Also I was thinking of fitting QR couplers to the fuel lines as they are a bugger to get off, and fuel filters, is this a good idea or not?

Hi Flo is just a brand name it's not a performance thing...
Just order the 303 that will be the correct one... Unless you want the shiny silver one... There is a difference in the length between the ones fitted as standard on the later bikes, IRRC the are shorter... Makes no difference I fit the 303 to my F2.
As for the fuel filters There's not a lot of room there if you want to fit both dry breaks & filters.. There should be a filter in the tank its under the petcock, however they swell up & can be a bugger to get out with out ripping them.. They are about £40 new from Silvers !

I didn't have a fuel filter in the tank I'm using for my track bike so just plumbed in these filters I got on fleabay. I've one on each line.
Removing the lines from the filters is much easier than removing the lines from the fuel tap when you want to remove the tank. The biggest advantage
for the dry beak type connections on a carb'ed bike would be not leaking fuel when you take off the lines, but that hasn't been an issue when i need to remove the tank.
Haven't had to clean them yet but they screw apart so you can thoroughly clean them. Again, much easier than the original set-up to clean.
Cost was equivalent to about £17 for 2.
