Back to the dealer after over 27 years

Hi all, as Tuesday was to be a very nice day, I decided to take my over 27 year old Firestorm back to the dealer who I bought it from, CJ Ball and Sons in Norwich. I did however, buy the bike from their previous location in Hales, just off the Lowestoft road. Not only did Chris remember selling me the bike, he remembered who I was working for, some memory. He asked me to park the bike outside the front doors for a couple of photos for his Facebook page. After a coffee and a good chat about Firestorms, we departed, and went to the Two Wheel Tuesday bike meet in Old Buckenham. One beer and a big fat ice cream later, back home to Heacham. One thouroughly enjoyable day, 120 miles, according to Google maps, and all on one tankful with at least another 50 miles of fuel spare. How, I hear you ask, Harris 20 litre tank and 52 mpg, as engine has been Rogered.
