At 73kg (11.5 stone) I was wondering why I had to run minimum preload on the rear and maximum preload on the front to get proper sag. Makes sense now I have the actual springs rates. Why would Honda go so squishy on the front? Surely the "engineers" must have known exactly what they were doing. Maybe the bike was sprung for typical Japanese lightweight solo up front and a lightweight plus luggage at the rear![]()
