Unfortunately Mac, you can't count on maybes.
Do what you have to do with numbers you've got, otherwise you'll just end up out of pocket.
I have the same problem at the moment with the Wales trip.
It's normally over subscribed, with reserves waiting, but this year so far I'm struggling to even fill the Bunkhouse.
For some strange reason there seems to be a massive drop in interest from forum, and non forum members.
I don't know what it is, Maybe we're all just getting older and moving in different directions.
My excuse is lack of funds Kev.
Need to find some work...
If I'm more currency fluid in Sept I might be in Wales...
At the moment I'm defiantly currency skint !

I think it’s probably best to cancel one of the chalets if you don’t get many more takers Macster.

Change of plan.
Wife and daughter want to take the motorhome to Stonehenge, so I'll be riding to the Devon chalet festivities venue as normal. Funds incoming, Mac.
Please add me to the meagre list of interested parties.
At least we'll be unlikely to lose anyone during the rideouts in '25!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Right update to the previous update...
It has been paid in full & I have removed one of the Chalets.
Same row as last year. No. 57 & 58.
Seating plan. I will be in the double of 57. Duffy has already claimed one of the singles in 57.
So its a bun fight between Al, Tony & Pete for 58 for the double.
Tony is banned from claiming the spare in 57 due to his horrendous snoring
Only 167 sleeps to go...

I had best claim the double so that the two in the singles can get some sleep!

Update to the sleeping plan.
At the mo there is one bed left free in No.57.
So if anyone knows anyone who might like to join us ???

Thanks, Mac.
With a bit of luck, I'll have a motorhome to sleep in, so won't need a berth this time round.
EDIT: motorhome bagged by wife for her Stonehenge trip, so I'll be riding there as usual and joinng in with the bunk monkeys.
