Don’t know if this has been asked before, if it has just point me to the link, but who's got the highest mileage on here and what issues, if any have you had covering them?

42,000 miles. Bloody CCT let me down at 37,000 mls; should have changed them and would have if they had been part of a service item!
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

Some impressive mileages on here, especially VFRgirl, its nice to see that they seem to last as long as a VFR, with the added benefit of being that little bit more fun to ride especially with a nice set of can’s.

Sold mine last week with 109,000kms on it (I think that's 68,125 miles). Changed the CCTs at around 80,000 & never really had any problem with it. Run it on a super performance racing oil & a fuel additive from the same company (PM Lubricants - don't think it's available over your way).

Anyway, my current Storm has 153km on it :D .

I'll be surprised if anyone does VTRgirl :!: Is that the norm where you live for motorcyclists to cover high mileages :?: or are you one of the elite :?:

Close, yes, but no cigar

Looks like I might have to take a photo to support my claim. But if the fella who bought mine (just joined OzFS as Surfin) comes on the next trip in January, as he's planning to, then I guess he gets to take over as record holder.

However, for a time:km record, it's gotta be me me ME :D . I bought the thing with 12,000kms on it about 3 years ago.

Yes & no, Chris. I imagine the average rider over here would do more kms than you guys due to weather, distance, etc, but that's still pretty high. Most people try to sell them off by about 40-50,000.
