You went for the 6x4 then! I had the 4" round and was abit embarassed as it looked more like a baked bean can. I lurrvveee the sound it makes though. Almost as good as the SP1!! For your birthday ask for the centre pipe, it's quite cheap (£100ish) and lets even more of the noise out. It takes out the centre cat releasing a couple more horse (and decibels). Wish i had my scooby again
Got a BMW estate instead

My Mk2 was a signal orange 1600 sport. Stage 2 ported and polished head, full 2 1/4 inch bore exhaust system and tweeked suspension. Rs alloys and Mexico spoilers.
The engine work was done at Fords devlopment center at Dunton by a friend who worked there. It used to embarace a few of the richer boy racers in thier XR3is.
Those were the days

I'm ashamed to say mine was a 1300 xl, metalic brown and vinyl seats. Class. The wing fell off it one night in Perth but luckily I had a roll of masking tape in the boot, so I taped the wing back on and drove the 80 miles home. Loved itFireman on a Storm wrote:
