OT? The World's Fastest Indian

Post by LotusSevenMan »

"Well it is motorcycling Jim but not as we know it".

I have not seen this film yet, but am assured it is very good. So, I have just got a copy from Play.com for 4.99 ukp delivered. Seemed like good value deal to me :!:

Yup. Hats off to Hopkins. Pure acting genius.

The film is utterly superb, and all the more so for it being based on Bert Munro's true exploits. Enjoy :)

A wonderful film!!!
Sir Antony Hopkins is truly superb in this role as Burt Munro. A fantastic film about an incredibly driven man with a passion for speed yet engineered on a shoestring!!!
Ever so pleased I bought it rather than just rented it because I WILL be watching this again soon :!:

Well that was the point of the original posting so glad it saved you money and you'll love this film. The thing is, you don't have to me a motorcycle lover to 'get it'. It is his personality that shines through. Brilliant!!!!!

It makes a change to have a good film that's to do with motorcycling, even more so as it's based on a true story :!:

I will get around to seeing it one day :!:
