I've found the best approach is to run deeper into the turn before turning hard and cutting inside (squaring off the corner)
Because you've got the corner done you are hard on the gas while they are still leant over trying to feed it in
alternatively you have to hold back on the entrance so you can then carry the speed through the corner without them slowing you down in the middle

Re the 'trick bits' comment -I'm not really in agreement there. The whole reason I've got a Storm is coz its a cracking road bike and thats where I do 98% of my riding. However for the 2% it really needs some help to safely get round the track at a decent pace.

I see what you mean, that sounds like a pretty good idea, its the braking mid corner and weird lines that put me off, i think theyre gonna do something then just randomly change their mind lol! Cant wait till end of summer so i can get on track...

How exactly do gold chain adjusters and wavey discs make it safer???? "yes my black double bubble screen shaves meters off my braking distance!" I totally agree about safety mods and getting the storm track ready but colour bolts and go faster stripes do nothing for me!

My black screen did help me shave metres off my braking distance
Unfortunately it also shaved minutes off my life coz it meant I'd only seen my marker as it went past me, instead of seeing it approach!!

Don`t have gold chain adjusters squiff, do have waveys only coz they were cheap and the oem ones were shagged ....

Double H pads help for braking , other than that whatever ........

Robbie, LOL good to hear and if i found some waveys cheap i would have them like a shot! Its the people who use the "performance" excuse rather than like us just admiting they look good!

i love my sintered pads...its all about the "shhhhhhhhhhh" noise
