I agree - no pop ups on this site you've probably just got some form of Trojan or aggresive advertising programme

try ad-aware to remove it you can pick up the basic free version on the link below

If they're little "gray windows" that keep popping up,
then you may want to disable Windows Messenger

Try this if you have Windows 2000 or XP..

Click on Start
Click Run
Type: services.msc
Double-click on Messenger
Find Service status and select stop
Click the scroll down box in Startup type, choose Disabled
Click OK.
