Hello folks

Im Daz, 30 from Perth

New to biking, although its something ive wanted to do for so long. Just passed couple of weeks ago, and got myself a 99 red 'Storm!

Lovin it.

Found these boards recently, and spent a whole night readin most of the tech stuff, reallly useful shiz, keep it up, its a godsend for us wannabe mechanics!

Anyway nice site, i'll be on it often!

Yea, ive literally amazing roads going off in all directions!

Had my 1st proper twisty run on Sunday there, went out with mah bike buddy.

Was so much fun. Nothing like going round a bend then openin the throttle some!
Obviously at newbie level!

I thought i was going really fast at one point, then next thing i know, hes going passed me as if im standin still :(

He let me ride his gsxr1000 back for a bit, that is one dangerous bike 8O
I was actually glad to get back on my 'Storm!

Hi, welcome to the site. I'm out in Scone, use the 'strom every day to town and back and most weekends for jaunts. If you fancy meeting up drop me a line.
Cheers

I see (said the blindman)
You will have seen it parked at the 'ol station then, why have i yet to see yours parked there or are you based at the box side?
The cans are highly illegal Art ones, had it dynoed at Drysdales recently, 108bhp at back wheel.
Have just bought a VFR for touring with me youngest son and have just paid a deposit on a new Reiju 50 for me oldest son so may (have to) sell the VTR next spring, i have a fair few goodies on it including the twin healight conversion, cans etc. I'll give you a bell if you wish when selling.
See you around
Bob

Only got mine nearly 2 weeks ago, and it spent 4 days of that in Bloys :(

It currently resides up my gf's sisters, cos theyve got a garage and i dont :(

Makes workin on it and gettin out on it a pain in the ass, but i'll sort that out soon.
