that is a very old story,it was in the media nearly 3 years ago,even a full factory race rc51 will only go about 175mph,so unless his bike had a turbo and some extensive mods it would still struggle to average 205mph
i belive the rider did get done and heavily fined,despite several defence lawyers giving proof that the bike could not do this speed

Considering an RCV212 MotoGP bike wouldn't hit that speed on a highway with crappy surfaces, cars and bendy bits on it, how heavily modified was it?
I know he's already moving, but from a standing start, a bike plus rider at 250 kilos would need 1600BHP to hit 4.8 seconds for a quarter mile.
