I don't have any experience on twins (not including a cb500) but 4s are fairly easy.
Blip the trottle in first then back off. The suspension compresses and then whack it open. It 'bounces' the front wheel up off the sprins. Probably the most simple way but not very controlled and remember to cover that back break... if you bin it I aint said nufink!
