so long as the exhausts dont have not for road use etc then he cannot fail the bike as it is upto the tester to judge if the noise is too high,some testers will fail,some will not.there was one post on a forum where the tester will only pass a bike fitted with an original exhaust which is illeagal for a tester to do,so as long as the bike is not marked not for road use and is not too load the exhaust should pass,if you are worried you could get a pair of these for mot purposes http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/EXHAUST-BAFFLE-SI ... dZViewItem

I nearly bought bike from them when i was looking for my GSXR. They are a bunch of cowboys, offered me some ridiculous deal then never called me back to discuss the options. Called them back then they withdrew the offer, tw@!
