Technically, I love it.

Aesthetically, it makes me feel ill.

Nice post :!: I have seen the second one before, but well worth another look :!: I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed watching it 8)

It's mind blowing when you consider how much John Britten actually achieved, and all done on such a shoe string in his own back yard :!:

Total respect and admiration for such a down to earth and likable person, he is definitely a guy who's very much missed :!:

Excellent posts, what an engineer! Agree with Kitch on the styling.

There's only one word for that bike in all aspects....

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

Here's the website - http://www.britten.co.nz/

But here's a few more..

Technically, amazing, ingenious, unique

Performance, outstanding, still holds records now

Looks, gorgeous, breathtaking, 'knicker dropping'.

The sound of it, even though it's a V-twin (wins anyway) is 'knob stiffening' compared to any other bike I've ever heard.

OK so the colour scheme is not to everyones taste, I happen to think it's nice, even with the Shocking Pink, in fact I doubt it would look as good without it. It says 'here I am! what you gonna do about it?'

I love the colour of the pipes, be it purple or blue, yet another unique? aspect of this bike. They just look like they've 'evolved' there.

I have the book - still unread - but some lovely pictures.

The model - in brass only is on me prezzy list - Oh for a Minichamps version!!!

Clicky

I hadn't actually seen the second vid before - though I seen 'em all.

My one regret? - I wasn't at the Isle Of Man to see it and hear it in the flesh!

I do have an MP3 of it as a ring tone for any of me biker mates though - so hear it quite regularly - LOL

In fact I think I'm gonna treat myself - sod it I'm gonna buy the baby britten model!
