Pfft... Adrenaline Crew...

Tsk!

You guys need to check out some proper stunt gods:

Travis Pastrana & Nitro Circus

Same question i always ask with this sort of thing, how did they find out they could do it? How many times did they crash finding out they could?

not at all..i disagree dude!

Pastrana is not a road rider...onroad stunting is TOTALLY different and thus imo should not be contrasted in such a way! It has also been about several decades more than superbike stunting, which is very much in its infancy, even more so here in the UK!

Timbo- to pratice backflips etc they use whats known as a "foampit"...basically it does what it says on the tin. Theres a couple of good vids with guys using a blade with one...the last video it goes horridly wrong and the guy overshoots onto tarmac from like 12 feet or so...PAIN..

I get bored watching AC Farias et al. Its very cool for about 5 minutes and no doubt they have some serious skills, but wheelie... stoppie... burnout... oh, a wheelie in a different position doesn't do it for me any more.

Live shows are much better - Dave Coates, Xtreme Trials guys etc have all been brilliant to watch live.

I also have a bunch of Adrenaline Crew, Ruff Riders, road stunt DVDs and they don't compare in wow and omg that was cool factor to Nitro Circus DVDs.

Its all jealousy because I can't do it anyway ;)

Would you want to? I wouldnt.
Really? I'd love to be a wheelie god.

Not likely to happen though. Too concerned over wrecking myself (again) and the Storm to learn.

I'll do a wheelie school with rental bikes when I get around to it.

Nice viewing Timbo :!: 8)

I'd luv to be a wheelie expert, but probably it's just as well I'm not, license wise :!:

That is a fair point kitch, but i think in the last two years the tricks have progressed so much- EG: doing somersaults (SP) on your bike at 70mph is quite impressive imo!

As for wheeling, if any of you guys are down by me, give us a shout, ill happily get you wheeling all day long!

(cheaper than a wheelie school too, a £2.20 pint will suffice ) :D
