MCN 2008 Fantasy League

Post by Kitch »

I know we already have a fantasy league thing going, but this is the official MCN one.

Its better this year as they've dropped the premium membership stuff and its free to enter. Its very pro and looks like its going to be very interesting with transfer windows and such.

Prize is a ZX10R too.

Plus, I've registered a Private League for here which runs alongside the main league, so no fiddling about required.

You'll need to enter this PIN number to join in: 369

Roll on 23rd of February!!!

why doesn't someone set up a league for the firestorm site?

If it happens then put the PIN number here so we can all join in!

I'll do it if enough people want to play and you haven't all got round to it by the time I get home from work.

Have done. hey that was a really good idea of mine...not!

sorry mate my brain has been suspended.

BTW - I have only just realised that you get double the points for the superbike leagues than you do for the GP. This means that I wasted a load of wonga on the Doctor and can only earn a max of 29 points per race. (I think its four points for pole!) Whereas you clever people who put the big money in WSB can earn - like 54 points from one rider alone.

butt!

Oh well I don't think anyone can guess what's gonna happen in WSB this year.

good luck all. :D

You're not the only one.

Other teams I've looked at haven't sussed that they can earn 99 points off one WSB or BSB meeting (if your riders qualified pole and second and finished both races 1st and 2nd) compared to 54 max for the same thing in a MotoGP race.

I spent less than 4 mill on both my GP riders together. Hopefully, the ones I picked will at least bag a few points to shore up the total, but WSBK is where its at. BSB this year is a bit of a lottery with the Dukes possibly being unreliable and the top riders all being pretty equal. Don't think anyone will run away with it.
