well here’s my shed in all its glory with 3 bikes in it 2 as you can see and my sons aprilia in bits at the moment plus just out of sight on the right is a few shelves full of tools and spares not to bad for a 9’ x 8’ shed
The VFR’s turning in to a family heirloom I’ve had it about 7 years now and the lads got his eye on it even if though its 5 years older than him
LOL warby...we've got the same shed as you in our back yard..but ours is better..it holds 2 firestorms .
Does yours move in the wind?..ours moves about 6 inches when its windy lol...i keep having to shove it back.
Lol no mines fastened down and has lecky to mind you my yard drops 1meter in 5 so at the side of the shed there’s a ramp and the doors face the house it’s a bloody pain putting them in there
Ours has lecky and an alarm..but its not bolted down yet....gonna get his nibs to do it this weekend.
Ours is at a daft angle too...takes about a 15 point turn to get the bloody bikes out in a mornin lol...but it might slow down a burglar a bit....he'd be knackered trying to get em out of the back yard lmao.
the gap between the shed and the wall is about 5†bigger than the bike the technique for putting my bike in the shed is get the front wheel in line with the shed door that usually takes about 5 point turn then my lad gets a spade under the back tyre and works the bike round till its in line and hey presto in it go’s suppose I could swing it round on side stand but the yards covered in York stone so its uneven as Hell and it would probable fall down one of the gaps in the stones lol
Not guilty I seen yer post but it wasn’t me you know when its mine it sounds bloody loud
Only lived here 10 years so don’t know many peeps with bikes around the area he says with tong in cheek I usually ride alone or with Mrs as pillion as I get to competitive in a group and things start to get silly so rarely meet people that ride excepted in passing
If you wanna meet some other localish peeps like up at Rivington and that go to http://www.rivingtonbarn.com there's loads of nutters up there who have ride outs quite often. both fast ones n slow ones..ohh and they are all barkin mad lol
The whole world now know pretty much exactly where you live, know where your bikes are kept and what sort of shed they're in just to make it easier to spot
word of warning about the VFR, check the headstock, friend of mine had one same colour as yours. cracked the headstock, didnt have an accident but I did hear at the time a few others were prone to cracking as well must have been the new frame design.
