Rob - I think you need to point it at an image file (e.g., with a JPG extention) rather than the parent HTML page you have there...

Easy way is to load the picture off the web into a seprate browser window, copy the link URL from the address bar, and paste it between the [img]...[/img] tags. Sorry if that's already obvious to you...
