It's taken 2 year 4 months, but!

Post by Fireman on a Storm »

It's taken 2 year 4 months, but I got my compensation cheque through the post this week.

The MIB (motor insurance beuro) accepted liability for the uninsured driver the week before Xmas, but then spent 5 months arguing with my solicitor over his bill.

Strange how the £27 interest I was given for waiting 5 months does not come any where near the interest on the debts I ran up 2 years ago when I spent nearly 3 months off sick from work :x

Nice one mate, allover and done with and hopefully a fat cheque. I know its a pain in the ass but some never are paid in full.
