How do I add pictures to my posts ?

I done it with imageshack ,im not too clever with pc's but i managed ,hopefull one o the pc wizards on here will tell ye best

Copy the properties of the IMAGE, not the page it's on. The address you paste here should end in .jpg or .gif or something along those lines.
