micron gone bust or not

anyone know anything about micron going bust, i was in a bike shop in newbury, and the guy behind the counter told me but not sure if its true or not

I heard their parent company (car exhausts) had gone tits up, taking micron with it. Bargains a plenty to be had by someone, somewhere!

Yeah Micron/Magnex have gone, i work in the car business and use Magnex, unfortunatly telephones etc just have messages saying that they are no more :-( sad really as they were good exhausts
