Favourite is Rick Stein though, love the TV progs and have most of his books too - but then I does like me seafood (whereas Tim's is seefood) [thought I'd get it in before he did]
I like his yearning for traditional, wholesome honest local produce too - Wensleydale cheese is only Wensleydale if it's made there and the milk preferably sourced from local cows etc. Meat that has been matured properly - not bright pink day after slaughter vac packed sh1te.
Don't care for mr 'F' word though
