I just dont like the look of trellis frames,it looks like something that should be fixed to a wall with a clematis growing up it :!:

Im still not sure...

Looks a bit like a load of other similar bikes (Super Duke, Tuono etc) smashed together

The performance figures look very tasty though. Claimed 155bhp and 80flb

Its the new Monster S4R.

The naked version of the 916 bikes with all the good stuff left on.

This is the 1098 derived one.

Looks like this will run alongside the Monster 1200. That got a brilliant review in Fast Bikes. Love the naked 1098 in the pictures I have seen but need to see it in the flesh as it were.

The mirrors are awful. Don't think much of the headlight either.

The stacked exhausts kind of spoil the look of the bike by blocking off the veiw of the gorgeous single swinger. Will also make the back wheel more difficult to remove.

Otherwise looks fantastic. Not £11 k's wotrth though.

Your probably right Chris. The first time I'll see it is at the end of this month down at the NEC :)

It's also hard to judge any bike without first riding one too.

On first impressions though the Duc does look a bit of an odd ball :?

Prefer the new '1198' road bike (replacing the 1098), but maybe that's just me!!!! 8)
