I don't understand why anyone would want to censor an exchange of views between consenting adults?
As for the vitriol on Facebook, the person starting that is no better than the perpetrators of the abuse to the child. The sad fact is that within every human is the capacity to be either Mother Theresa or Adolf Hitler - there are no monsters or saints, only humans.
