Just a little update for those that give a toss. Little Baby Satan had her bandages off on Thursday and the surgeon said the thumbs seemed to have healed fine. While it is unlikely that the condition will re occur it is a possibility 5 years down the line or so.

She still has the stitches in but they should drop out in a few days or so. But its great fun watching her wiggle her thumbs when provoked to do so. "Do this!" (wiggle thumb) and she does it back.

She has 2 stitches in each hand and a little scar along her thumb but with her only being 2 years old that will shrink and become pretty unnoticable.

And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.

That's superb mate, you and the misses must be over the moon. :Dancing: Wiggle Wiggle
How's she coping with it all, is she enjoying having that extra movement there. I expect messing around with crayons will be fun, all those things we take for granted when using our thumbs. It still looks a little Red and sore though and very itchy, but should heel up nicely. Amazing with time how the human body adapts and heals. It's times like this when we thank wombles we got an NHS system.

Anyways, good to see she on the mend.

Well bet you can breathe easy now Pinky, about Time, celebrate and have a cigar and look at the little darling and think 'shine on you crazy diamond'. Good thing is at her age she'll grow up and wonder what on earth any fuss was about!

This I do hope, She already walks past the bike with me and says "Bike, Daddys bike"

Thanks all for the wishes. She's already tried to pull the stitches out. They will drop out on their own but shes curious
