mine barely moves until im in traffic.. mine used to have a wee shake bout 60 but the headraces were shot in mine that cured it..
the older i get,the faster i was :lol:

thanks again for the replies folks.
Think mine moves up a bit. So not to worried. Just used to them from cars/other bikes being centre as operation temp.


Another thing I forgot to mention was the light behind the speedo doesnt work.
it is fine behind temp & Rpm gauge.
Design flaw or is there an easy fix for this? cant see anything at all on the speedo if its dark. :shh:

If you take the firing off you will see the back of the clocks and you can access the bulbs from there. They are just a press fit so easy to remove

Does anyone know the temp on a digital dash that will trigger the fan? I've looked at the service manual and asked on the US forum but haven't received a reply. I have a new to me 05' and yesterday was the first hot day in traffic. I saw up to 210f and no fan. Just curious.

102 on mine on the button every time.normal running is 82, get hots quick in traffic, fans cuts in at 102 and drops to 99, as soon as you get going again back to 82-86.
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!
