Hi, looks nice at first but he says it's been re sprayed (and stickers are in the wrong places, slightly) why would you re spray a bike with 17000 miles in standard colours.....crash repaired ?.... ,if your ok with that then it has to be worth going for a look.

looks ok, but as the advert says, it's been resprayed and the decals aren't original, also where are the bar ends?. let see what the final price ends up being, it looks clean tho, header pipes look very clean, but has it been tarted up to sell?

sounds good - it's a long way on a 125cc scooter, which is my current ride.

If I've sorted myself out by then, it'd be great to join you...thanks for the invitation and the warm welcome from everybody.

Welcome to the 'club' keep your eyes peeled, but older and issues sorted is better than younger demanding money to be spent (bit like a teenager)

a couple of things to consider with this bike.
1... the paint job, it looks good from a distance, but is it really that good, the same goes for the black metalwork, why is there only one picture, if your interested, contact the seller and ask to see dozens of pictures, and that needs to include close ups.
2...cam chain tensioners, there's no mention of manual cct's being fitted, this is an extra cost you will incur when/if you buy the bike, they need to be fitted for piece of mind, or at least do the stopper mod, details are in the workshop section.
3...has it got a clear history...cat c/d or outstanding finance
4...any service history to speak of and a very short mot
i'm sure some of these questions have very simple answers but you need to ask the seller some questions. good luck with your bike search dude.

Hmm, thank you for all your efforts and advice. I'm learning as I go.
I'm still on the lookout...still no hurry though. It'll be about a month before I'm in a position to buy.
