Hi Will
Have individual lines, no air trapped
changed discs last night to ones I know are true, took em off Jacks bike !
and its still there.
now swapped
calipers
discs
new pads
tried different forks
and bled the system for what seems like years
that just leaves the wheel then, bearings are good so lost now ?

just leaves the master cylinder then.... may as well try it as heard of this before with a small air bubble trapped within that... or a scored master cylinder bore etc.
Why ask... sometime you just go to do it and find out?

When I bled my system I left the lever cabled tied fully pulled back with the master cylinder open overnight. Never had issues.

Am thinking, the lever pulses in time to the speed of the bike, so must be wheel related, more specifically the discs, even though I can detect no warpage, they may in places be beyond there wear limit of 3.5mm, so new EBC discs on way.

Well worth it, brakes like new !!
the centre of the old ones was abit thinner i think I'll cut one in half across the middle and get a look at a section of where the pads contact just for interest
