I have to admit the weather is even putting me off the idea of buying a new bike. long range forecast is crap, so this season looks like a washout. Also with the arrival of the baby in the new year, I wont be out as much on bike. not much point in splashing out 7grand+ on a garage ornament.
What about a living room ornament    in that glass case just in the corner beats watching the tv

So what gives then chaps?

24 hours forecast for Leeds, York and Scarborough is light light rain early hours of morning through to light showers through morning into afternoon.

Scroll through map here Weather Map seems OK as long as cover is taken if still in Scarborough at 16:00!

Anyone chancing it?

Meeting at Squires 9:30 and see what the the concensus at the time is?

Or stay in and watch BSB / WSB / GP?

At moment I'm still willing to give it a go, at least to Sherburn 1st thing.

Might have me Richa waterproofs on though just in case - LOL

I'll check back later after GP qualifying and WSB.

Well,

Bike still not cleaned, helmet is and visor de-fogged.

Alarm set for way too early on a Sunday!

Up at 3 ish anyway to pick no2 daughter up from a local school. Flight back from Krakov delayed! doesn't get into Manchester till 1:18!!!

Looks like Sherburn - Scarboro run is on :)

Shame will miss WSB.

Graeme

Back to bed again now then (04:28, having picked up the International Superstar!)

No mate,

Fine all the way back for me, through Tad and Collingham Bridge.

Enjoyed it so much, instead of heading home at the Pool Bank end of Arthington Road, I blasted up the back lanes to Birstwith then on to the Sun Inn, had another coffee.

Set off towards home via Otley, then headed for Skipton and over the top to Silsden (nearly missed the turning I was enjoying myself so much).

Through Keighley, then still didn't go home, decided to go over the tops from Denholme into Hebden Bridge (here be wierdos and Girls with comfortable shoes!) and on to Todmordn for yet another coffee (and a Bacon Cheeseburger) at Big D's Bikers Cafe Bar. Rained a little here.

Then headed home via Halifax - Nearly went to a local 'ish hostelery for a Pint on my way home (Halifax Steam Brewery Tap at Lightcliffe) but it looked like the rain would soon catch up so buggered off home.

Got in at 17:30 - not bad considering I set off from my gaff at 08:30 this morning.

Great day guys, thanks for the invite Bob - Nice meeting some of you at last!
