Very pretty and good mileage too(if it can be proven)
Fair play to the guy though, £999 and he's telling you to come have a look at it and judge for yourself- Something I would def recommend for any project bike
Go have a look

Sorry Mac, but I have to say I quite like that one, it doesn't look like it's been thrown together to me.
You might have problems with the lack of rear footrests for mot time depending on the mot tester, also your insurance may cost more seeing as it's no-standard,
Chris.

NoNoNoNoNo !
Doesn't look like its been thrown together but has it been thrown down the road ?
Sorry but why remove a fairing from a faired bike ? If you want a naked bike buy a naked bike there are plenty out there !
Just my opinion of course, if you like it, fair play....
Specsavers is that way...

You're missing the bigger picture here Mac
I can understand your way of thinking to a degree, as that is what some others will think (a bike without a fairing when it had one from new must have been down the road). However that is not always the case, it could be someone fancied a Honda Firestorm without a fairing, a bike that shows more of the engineering side without all the plastic, but of course Honda didn't produce one.
I like bikes (not everyone I should add by a long shot) that are built to be different from what you can (well in our case could) buy off the shelf which is exactly the same as all the other standard models ever sold.
To me this bike, going by the photo's only I know, appears to have had some thought gone into the build, and as I said before not just thrown together. Only my opinion I know.
As for Spec-savers, you know me to well

my eye appointment is soon
Chris.

Too late, I didn't get the Firestorm - a FireBlade instead. 2000 vintage, 13,000 miles. Looks like a cracker and I would put on a picture if I could work it out!

No that doesn't work I'm afraid

This is what I get "The file you're looking for has been moved or deleted."
Glad you're sorted even if you didn't get a Firestorm, and for getting back to let us know. It would still be good to see a photo or two if we can
Chris.

I'm sh1t at this...it's working now but the photo had been cropped without my say-so.
Not seen it up close yet so not a done deal - just a small deposit. The seller is quite convincing though!!!

Not a Scooby Doo how you got that to work. Still, bike looks alright eh?
Price wise, not too much in it between this and a similar milage 'storm. I'm paying £2,300 it's got a 12 month MOT and only 12000 miles. Should be like a new one.

I copied the image, enlarged it in Photoshop then posted it on here using

It sounds good with the low mileage, and from what I can tell from the cropped image it looks good. You were lucky to find one like that with that low mileage.
Good luck with it, I hope it's as good as you think/led to believe,
Chris.

All the colours you could ever need...
It'll look great with my Royal Blue flying suit, and Black and White helmet.
Whatever I wear, I know it's never going to match unless I go to Oxfam and find a shell-suit.
