When you swapped the flywheels did you use the same bearing or did you use 2 different ones?

Other than that I'm not sure what is causing your issues...... :confused

i tried every flywheel with evert bearing. just fitted another new relay as i thought i was dropping volts on it but it make no difference.. im afraid the bike wins and shes parked. a little to much money spent on it for no result.... :eek2

Oh Gawd! Vara's right! you can't just chuck in the Towel . Take it to a shop and if you've even got to spend £200 that's a shed load less loss than selling for £600
She goes really well when she's running.
Have a think about it with a cooler head  You know it makes sense

I must admit. |I did worry you might have taken a few short cuts (like the chain seals) and had missed something.
So glad you stuck with it

not sure i'm going to have the same problem in the future, as quite often my bike will cut out, due to a carb fat or when it's warming up, then when I go to restart it, nothing happens, there's a small noise of sorts, but it seems to start on the second try. i've been keeping my eye on it for a year now, and it doesn't seem to getting worse, so I just put up with it.
really glad to hear you got it sorted Fabio........
HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!
