hehehe... bit late on posting this, but I'm back too. Got in about half 10, dumped gear and went to bed.
Gonna watch the videoed GP and Apocalypto and then some more sleeping. For some reason, sharing rooms with Iggy or Cuppa is like trying to sleep on a pneumatic drill with a side order of open piped VTR (even though Silver says I'm the same, but I
know I'm not that bad)
So yeah, awesome trip, so much to do. Just have to go back and do more of the stuff we missed out on this time.

Not too sure Chris. Ran great through some horrible weather without a hick up then it played up when the weather got good

Suddenly lost power and felt like it was running on one cylinder. Revved fine when at standstill but trying to pull away just resulted in no power again and just a bitch to get going. Rev counter took on a mind of it's own and was jumping all over the place. Once the bike was in the shop and the guys had the fairing off the spark had disappeared from both plugs.
Thought it was a coil at first but as I don't speak Italian and the mechanics didn't speak English it could be anything. Still, made for an interesting couple of hours in the bike shop

Bike shop was fantastic, it was like a bike pornography shop

Packed with all sorts of Italian exotica
Top marks to the rest of the guys who hung about with me all day even though I was telling them to move on.

just a quick point,
a hiccup is what i think you meant.
a hick up is a redneck sex game.

I know what I meant, and so do you. Or have you forgotten the Holiday Inn already?

I hope it hasn't spoilt your holiday too much Rich:!:
A bit of a weird one that, hopefully not to serious.
I can see how the language barrier could be a bit of a problem at the garage in those circumstances.
It's a good job Tony wasn't with you, he would probably be still in the bike shop, what with all that reading and Italian exotica etc
